Payment Instructions
Simple, secure payment process — submit your transfer and get confirmation.
NEFT / RTGS / IMPS Transfer
Transfer the fee amount to the hostel's bank account using NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS. Use your full name and application number as the payment reference.
Payment Confirmation
After completing your transfer, email the transaction receipt to the hostel office. Your admission will be confirmed within 2–3 working days after payment verification.
Security Deposit
Include the ₹10,000 refundable security deposit in your first payment. This amount is fully refunded at checkout, subject to hostel conditions.

Security Deposit is Fully Refundable. The ₹10,000 security deposit will be refunded at checkout, provided the room is vacated in proper condition with no dues pending.
Partitioned Dormitories — Non-AC & AC Options. Our Partitioned Dormitories are available in Non-AC (₹1,60,000/year) and AC (₹1,90,000/year) variants. Non-AC: 9 rooms × 4 students + 1 room × 6 students = 42 seats. AC: 9 rooms × 4 students + 1 room × 6 students = 42 seats. All feature full-height partitions, enhanced privacy & modern student comfort.
Fees Are Subject to Hostel Policies. The fee structure is reviewed annually. Any revision will be communicated before the admission cycle. Once admitted, fees remain fixed for that year.
Annual Fee Covers the Full Academic Year. The stated fee covers 10–12 months of accommodation and meals. Mid-year admission may be prorated as per hostel policy.
Official Receipt Issued After Payment Verification. An official fee receipt will be issued by the hostel office after your payment is verified. Please retain your bank transaction proof for records.
