  • Interchanging furniture between locations is prohibited and may lead to expulsion
  • Room shifting without written permission from administration is not allowed
04 Electricity & Appliances

No personal electric appliances are permitted in rooms. The Rector/Campus Administrator may confiscate any unauthorised gadgets. Always switch off lights, fans, and bathroom lights when not in use — fines apply for each violation.

05 Mess & Food

All staff must be treated with courtesy at all times. Housekeeping staff must not be used for personal errands. No tips (cash or kind) are to be given to any hostel staff.

Attendance Requirements

Roll call and night-out procedures

Anti-Ragging Policy

What Constitutes Ragging

Refer to Clause 3 of the UGC Regulations, 2009. Any behaviour that causes physical, psychological, or social harm to a fellow student — including verbal abuse, humiliation, or coercion — constitutes ragging.

Responsibility to Report
  • Being a silent spectator to ragging is also an offence and invites the same disciplinary action
  • Accepting/undergoing ragging and not reporting it is also an offence
  • Report immediately to: Rector, Campus Administrator, Security Personnel, or Management — at any time, day or night
Affidavit Requirement

Every student and their parent/guardian must submit a signed anti-ragging affidavit on ₹100 stamp paper, duly notarised, at the time of admission. For minors, the parent/guardian affidavit is mandatory.
